Meet the Team

Nichol has worked in dentistry for nearly 20 years. She started her career as a dental assistant. She has managed large and small dental practices since 2009 and loved every minute of it. She enjoys meeting new people and helping them resolve issues and prevent obstacles that could impact a patient's access to care. Her co-workers say she is great at finding new and creative ways to solve problems. Each day, she looks forward to guiding patients through their experience, supporting the office team and helping in any way she can.

Nichol lives in the Rockford area with her husband, Chris. Between them they have 5 children and 2 granddaughters. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, game nights, cooking, reading, and volunteering at her church. Since moving to West Michigan in 2018, she has appreciated the amenities Grand Rapids has to offer but truly loves the community involvement and small-town-feel of the charming towns surrounding.

Lindsay has been working in the dental field since 2022 and has held a verity of positions in the front office. Those around her would say her special ability is to remember patients' names after just one visit! This talent makes her the perfect person to welcome you to our practice. Lindsay’s goal as a Business Assistant is to support the operations of the practice and help patients receive exceptional care.

Outside of the office, she can be found spending time with her husband, David and 3 children, reading, gardening, and baking. Her favorite season is spring. She enjoy seeing nature wake-up after the long winter, the warm and sunny days returning and of course, the start of the gardening season.

Giselle has been a dental assistant since 2022 with a background in pediatric and general dentistry. Her focus is helping patients feel comfortable and at ease during their dental visits. Her goal as a dental assistant is to help patients find confidence in their smiles and look forward to their next visit.

Giselle has many hobbies including attending concerts, exploring and trying new things. She values time spent with her family and friends. During the summer months she’s likely to be found enjoying the beauty of Lake Michigan.
